@#$&!!! neighbors, and their @#$&!!! fire pit!  Had the windows open getting some fresh air, when I start smelling burning wood in the house.  The neighbors to the east of us have their fire pit going, and the damn smoke was coming in.  Had to close the windows and turn on the A/C.  Should have moved further out.

One of our neighbors smokes and it sometimes causes us to have to do the exact same thing.

So I keep seeing memes and posts on face slap that dig up Benghazi. And they blame Joe Biden. . .

How quickly they forgot the budget cuts they demanded and imposed upon the U.S. and legislation they demanded paid for by those very same cuts, which at the end of the day is the root cause for what happened in Benghazi.

Who are "they"? The party of "no" for a decade, otherwise known as the Republican Party. . . Fucking hypocrites the lot of them!

Now before you go calling me a liberal know this, I am NOT fond of Biden either. But as has always been the case in every election since my 18th year of sucking air on this planet, it comes down to the choice between 2 or more evils and the lesser of same. Always has always will.

But if these two individuals are the best this country can put forward, or are the only two willing to take on the job, we as a nation are doomed. . .

Fucking Madison County! (Rant Alert)

I got up and was in line at 845am . I got to the building at Noon. They had 4 God damn machines. 4.

My wife was in line at 330pm. Same place. 7pm she is still not in the building. They pull everyone in and tell the. It is going to be 3-5 hours before they can cast their ballots. What. The. Fuck!?

They effectively denied her the right to vote by making it absolutely ridiculous!

Who the hell do I need to contact to register a complaint? And what fucking good will it do?

The abject failure of the Madison County Board of Elections to plan and execute a Federal election, when they KNEW we would have record turnouts is just astounding!

This presidential race is far closer than anyone on both sides expected it to be. No landslide victory for either party in spite of the record turnout.

What does that say about America and its citizens?

Half are mindless sheep.

Which half depends upon the half you belong to.

Here's the "weather " forecast- Heavy cloud cover as the nation moves from election season to litigation season. Periods of extreme caterwauling in all areas should be expected over the ensuing 4 years.

Holy hell! The negativity and bullshit being spewed on social media by the party of NO, aka the repugnicans, is so fucking lame and redundant it makes me want to puke!

Bitch, what do you think you and your ilk did for the prior 8? And you also held those most in need Hostage at the very same time by saying no to funding of the unemployed and social safety nets the whole time too.

However, in the soon to end 4 years of the current administration, the no's are more about irresponsible, narcissistic, and outright bullying than anything else.

I am so over all this caterwauling about the election. We have so much more important things we should be devoting our time and energy toward on this planet this day.

The virus, the unemployed, the homeless, the environment, and bridging the divide that 12+ years of propaganda has widened within this country.

Instead, we find ourselves addicted to vitriolic words and actions. . . So very very sad.

And today the true colors of the sitting POTUS and his zealot followers were shown on the world stage.

They who decried the violence that took place during BLM protests, themselves committed violence by storming this nations capital and causing the deaths of at least 4 human beings.

Watch as they blame it on "others" and demonstrate their abject hypocrisy when they do not demand accountability and justice for those perpetrators.

How anyone that is middle class or lower, could have ever thought, assumed, or otherwise supported the idea that ANY multi billionaire could ever have the slightest inkling surrounding what our lives are like, and enact legislation and policies to improve them, escapes me completely.

So when I see them storm the nations capital, resulting in the deaths of LEOs and others, (7 is the current count I've seen), and then have the insidious ability to somehow justify and validate their actions, I am left whopper jawed.

Those committing such heinous crimes must be held accountable. Not because they supported one side or the other, but because they broke the laws of this land.

The overall intelligence of this nation has skidded hell bent for leather, back toward Neanderthal. The overall consciousness of this nation is equal to that of a three year old.

The rule of law must guide each and every one of us. Ironically those same words were the mantra of the conservative extremists for a decade before this outgoing administration took over. And as is often the case, we've seen power corrupt them over the last 4 years, as they turned their heads to the plight of the almighty middle class in this nation, and enacted legislation designed to push them toward poverty and reduce their numbers.

Think I'm crazy? Consider the fact that salaries have been depressed across the board since 2007. And while the Democrats held the white house for 8 years the extremist conservatives held every single social safety net hostage for cuts to pay for any proposed legislation, eventually forcing untold thousands out of their homes, into the streets and poverty.

Consider the fact that any homeowner holding a modest mortgage upon their home, now cannot deduct their interest on their tax returns because the standard deduction now is higher than their interest is. Not a big deal? Really? It is a big deal when you consider that a worker making 15 bucks an hour and renting, now gets the exact same write off that you do, without incurring the expenses that come along with homeownership. Maintenance and home improvements etc.

So where's the value in owning a home now?

And salaries are so depressed even now, that home ownership is quickly becoming a losing proposition for millions.   All accomplished by the decade long pandering to the multi billion dollar corporations in this country by extremist conservatives and the outgoing administration.

Their screaming socialism and stolen election and the whole time they're stealing from the least amongst us in favor of the wealthy.

And despite all of this, the least is still supporting these crooks and doing their dirty work by storming the nations capital and threatening to do so in every state of the union.

The fact is they have been and are being used as a means to eradicate the middle class and poor of this country. And they are so emotionally engaged and enraged by the extremist conservative propaganda that they are blind to the fact that their very throats are being slashed by those they so ardently and blindly support.

One thing good about all of this is the fact I'm on the downside of my life and coasting toward my expiration date; so I don't have to endure it for much more than 3 or 4 decades or less. Those I am fearful for are my children and grandchildren, for they will have to endure this atrocity and the bitter harvest it is leading to for the majority of their lifespan.

Damn I am tired of the Trumpites screeching over the cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline. . .

I've said since the project was first presented that the risk of contamination of the Ogallala Aquifer over which it is to run, was unacceptable. And it is.

That aquifer supplies water to 8 states and including Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma among others. Those states that grow the majority of our crops and raise the majority of our livestock. Pollute that aquifer and you pollute the majority of our food stream. . . It already has had at least one major spill!
