This was a t shirt the kids got me for Christmas when they were younger.  If they were to get me one now I'm sure it wouldn't beat around the bush either....LOL  In fact they did get me one that said, "Smile and have a good day before some bastard louses it up".  I got a lot of comments on that one when I'd wear it.

They say manufacturing is dead, well let me tell you something. I've got more manufacturing going on in my sinus cavities and mucus membranes right now, than the combined efforts of the big 3 over the last century!  :rant:

I got a "Chuck Norris" total fitness gym for Christmas................

and I feel like a GIANT bruise..........I want to breakdown and cry when I get up to walk..... :spooked:

I KNOW!!...it has just been WAY too long since I have done any REAL, gym-type exercise....I have an exercise bike and NOW a Wi fitness....I'm planning on making 2010, my physical come-back...I'm not really overweight, but I am way out of shape, especially with my cardiac area....and my wife is going to join me with this venture...it is HIGH time for the both of us to start taking care of ourselves better....
