Dear GOD or whomever: Please never let me be like that at her age. Just strike me down and get it over with. I can't take anymore of her Not Me syndrome. Who the h3ll does she think she is?  She can save all sorts of things from the internet and pass them around but let someone else do it and WHEW she's all up their a$$!!!  :rant:
What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger or can be postponed while I eat chocolate!

I have no idea who you are talking about, but it all sounds very unpleasant.

As to the cashier problem. I don't blame the employee, well most of the time I don't. There are rude people everywhere. But I think Walmart is one of the worse places to get checked out.
I don't really mind the self check out line, because I can see what I am paying for everything.
The check out lanes always have the prices thingie twisted around so that a person can't read it, and they can move fast.
I once bought a kitchen rug for about $14.00. It rang up at $500. odd dollars. The clerk never batted an eye, she just wanted paid.  I told her that the price seemed a little steep. She popped her gum and re rang it. Still the same thing. After calling a supervisor, it turned out that the rug was priced as a gym set. My problem was that the clerk never saw anything wrong. I understand that one person can not know ever price on every thing in the store, but anyone should have an idea that this was way to much.
I am not talking about everyone who works this kind of a job. Every place has rotten apples, but it seems Walmart has more than their share.

We were talking about this at work the other day. I always watch my receipts from any store, but I'm extra vigilant about the Wal Mart ones. I've caught numerous mistakes. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and recognize that perhaps that it's an honest mistake by an over-worked employee, but it has happened often enough that I'm honestly beginning to wonder if it isn't on purpose. If it were one Walmart that I've experienced this at, then again, I'd be less suspicious, but this has happened numerous times at various Walmarts. They always correct it, but it's a hassle.

I haven't had any bad cashier experiences though. I actually feel sorry for them..the jerks they have to deal with.

Once there was a guy in the line in front of me who was buying a set of sheets. I can't recall the price now, but they were on sale. They came out to something + 28 cents. I had the same brand sheets in my cart and at the time, knew how much they should be w/tax. Her figure was right. He apparently didn't factor in something and argued about the cost. She tried to explain to him the actual price of the sheets. The line was long, it was hot, millions of babies were crying...I couldn't take it anymore so I reached in my purse and pulled out .28 cents, gave it to him and told him to have a nice day. The cashier smiled and the guy was happy w/that and walked off. :biggrin:

  :rant: OK..... the green arrow means go for cryin' out loud!!!!  :mad: Today, on my way to work I was behind some ding bat, and when we got the green arrow, she just sat there looking around. WTF? I started blaring  my car horn, and still she sat there. By the time she decided that she was suppose to go, I got the red light ,and had to wait for MY green arrow again.  :rolleyes: People that stupid shouldn't be allowed out of the house. She is a danger to herself, and society at large!!!  :rolleyes:

I hate whiny-azzed people who NEVER seem to do anything to make their situation better. All they do is bore the hell out of everyone w/in earshot w/the same damn hard luck story over and over.
