Just returned from a supply run and as I said elsewhere within this forum; it never ceases to amaze me how badly the entire state of Indiana sucks at snow removal. Main streets and country city secondary roads are snow/ice covered and slicker than owl poop! (Not a problem for me since I drive a big 4 x 4, but it is the others that concern me here).

Well, it's 3:37 and the temperature is 17*. It has been snowing here all day. I hear 1 - 2 inches are possible.  :rolleyes: That's all I need.  :rolleyes: We've got snowflakes falling, and they're the size of half dollars.  :spooked:

Snow appears to be over here. Just a dusting is all it amounted to. Man, I hate to think about that wind thing. We had some of those gusty days last week. Blows crap everywhere and made the new house creak and moan at times. . . :spooked:

I also recall some of those days back in Chicago. I recall it being -10 out and the waves coming in so high off of the lake that they went totally across LSD, flooding everything and making huge ice fortresses. . . Beautiful but darned crappy to get around in/on.  :spooked:
