I left Lauderdale Saturday morning......people were on the beach and around the pool.....Locu...you have a beautiful city and I enjoyed myself very much.
Rod Stewart was great and the city was fantastic.  I didn't want to leave.  Matter of fact...we extended our stay by 4 days the way it was.  By the time I hit Atlanta...and the cold weather started in...I wanted to turn around and go back.  I can not believe that just 2 days ago I was swimming.....

Glad you had a good time and there was good weather for you.  It seems like you picked a really bad time to head home.  That's damn cold!

Right now, it's 1:15pm and the temperature is 13*. The wind chill factor is 0*, it's cloudy and overcast here.

Not too bad here since it has warmed up considerably. Supposed to snow early tomorrow morning, and I hope we get a boat-load of it!  I'm tired of this brown mud and nothingness. . .

I'm still praying for rain.  I'll take all your precip - I don't care if it is frozen.  We have no water!  The majority of my state is in severe drought and they are talking about limiting households to 35 gallons a day.  I can do that because I'm by myself, but can you imagine a family of 4?  I hate to say this but I'm hoping for a good hurricane season!
