Kimmi I feel your pain on the lack of rain. All of our water is piped in from elsewhere. We average about .85 inches a year. Of course some months are wetter than others, but over a 12 month period that's what it is according to this site:

For the record, that's at the airport which is closer to the beach than I am.  I'm about 12 miles or so inland so it's in the upper 60s around here.
