What he meant was forget about parties and think about whats best for America not for one party or the other.  He was, to put it bluntly, saying screw party politics if the Dems are right I'm going with them and if the Republicans are right I'll go with them.  He is going to do whats best for the people NOT the party.

I think his point IS.........neither party is acting like they SHOULD....remember Pelosi and friens have a 19% approval rating...i think THEY need to take off THEIR hats and put on an AMERICAN hat TOO!!!...

But how is the choice of Palin going to convince anyone (except blind loyalists) that corruption will end (Troopergate) and misuse of tax dollars will end. (Bridge to Nowhere, Wasilla $20 million in debt)?

troopergate is STILL just a wild ass story...but, from what i have read, the guy tazed his 12 year old stepson.....threatened the life of sarah's father as well as her self...he was caught drunk driving in his AST cruiser...it was her prerogative to fire that guy, part of the perks of being Gov.....bridge to nowhere is STILL pretty much one-sided on that story...I have never heard it explained yet, other than the tabloid versions....and for supposedly a $20 mill debt....she had a popularity rating at 85% when she left office...so, I need to hear more about that....

She did blow the whistle on the Alaska Gas and Oil Regulatory Commissioner...who was a republican, btw...
she worked with the FBI and had four legislators sent to prison..
she defeated the well known corrupt Governor Murkowski....
sold the very expensive private jet used by Murkowski on ebay...
to just name a few off of the cuff

McCain is a champion at NOT attaching earmarks to bills....and is set on making that mandatory..for everyone...

your right, unfortunatly...there are no good reliable resorces imo...at this time.....the info i got was from a pro palin supporter...I am doing some research on this whole thing..and I think, I am right, based upon what I have read so far...BUT...i know we need more concrete proof...
