Hint: Hubby went to Kroger for some milk, pepsi, and shredded cheese none of which was used for lunch but he had lunch with him when he returned home.  :biggrin:

(Have not ate it yet, but in about an hour we will).

2 garlic and herb seasoned game hens in a bed of seasoned potatoes - hot off the grill.
