Sounds better than the pizza bread we had for sure.  Not that the pizza bread wasn't good it's just that yours sounds better.

  I use to bake bread the hard way.  But I do agree there is nothing like fresh hot bread.  We use to invite friends in and with peach, strawberry, raspberry jam and butter om the table I would take the hot bread out of the oven and we would have a party.  :drool1:
