  Oh those are good.  Have you ever bought a family pack of 5 or 6 pork chops.  Stack them on top of each other with garlic pepper and a little salt between each. Put them in a 325 degree oven and cook them until your temp probe in the center of the stack says a 165 degrees.  Cover them for about 10 to 15 minutes so the juice will go back into the meat.  Now that is good tender pork chops.  :drool2:

  Baked a Italian style roast.  Sliced it thin and put cooked green pepper on it and then on a nice fresh sub bun.  Just like Art's.  :drool1:
