I'm thinking crockpot lasagne might be a good idea.

  I went out to my Poblano  pepper plants and picked 6 large peppers.  I stuffed them with Mexican seasoned hamburger and Mexican cheese.  I made a little Mexican flavored chili with diced tomatoes and red and white beans and put that over the peppers.  Cover the whole mess with a whole bag of 4 cheese Mexican cheese. put it in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Wow, what a good flavor.   

  If you would try this, remember that Poblano peppers are hot unless you remove the membrane and seeds.  I also boiled the peppers for about 5 minutes until they were soft before I stuffed them.

I brought 4 home with me for later with the other half of my fettucine.  That stuff is waaaaay too filling and I usually do bring about half of whatever I get home with extra bread sticks for my cheese dip I always have on hand.
