Yeppers. You gals go straight for the jugular when it comes to your sons and other women.
Yep, I will when that time comes!

Spent some time at the airport today. I have never in my life seen so many people look intently at the bathroom symbols before walking into the restrooms. Both sexes. One lady was standing there doing the piss-dance while she waited for her brain to tell her it was the ladies room.  :roll eyes:

Go in. If someone looks like they don't belong or acts inappropriately then punch them in the chops and wait for the authorities!

If one has to pee bad enough, they aren't going to really care who is next to them.

I think it would be MORE disturbing to see a man, dressed like a woman, whip out his manhood, in front of my kid, than a man dressed like a woman, to go inside a stall in the womens bathroom, where nobody sees, and nobody hurt.  I also, think IF we make this an issue, it WILL create a haven for perverts....

Like PH says, the first time someone actually crosses the line and perverts themselves in front of my daughters or wife, I will merely punch them in the chops and call the authorities.

I agree and as long as they go inside a stall, I have no problems with them but if they don't than it will become an issue

Don't all women's restrooms have stalls?  Where else could they go?  In the sink?   :spooked:   NOW WE GOT PROBLEMS

Yes, but I am talking about if a man comes into the women's restroom.

One thing that bothers me is if the transgender stands up you know how most men are and, well, that's just not a cool thing if they fail to lift the seat.

This has been going on for awhile and it has never really been an issue until Target made their announcement. All women's restrooms have stalls with doors and the few men's restrooms I've been in have a least one stall with a door. Use the one you're comfortable with.  Geese, people, get over it. I know this whole thing would have given my parents fits but they would be almost 100 now, different world. But like me said, be polite, raise the seat and then put it down when you're done.😁 One more thing, enough with the outside names on the doors, stick with girls and boys or men and women.

I don't know about anyone else, but I go into the bathroom with my kids, grandkids included. Even when they are 10-12 years old, if we're in a public venue and one of them has to go, I or my wife go with them. Period.

I've NEVER trusted public restrooms. Ever. Never will.

So I'm really not getting this whole bruhaha over the transgender thingy.

Women hover over the damned toilet in public restrooms, so you're just as apt to piss on the seat as we are in them. Hell, I've got be at DEFCON1 in order to take a crap anthem anywhere. For that very reason.

Stop acting like the people responsible for cleaning public restrooms go in there and do a "cleanroom" class disinfecting of them. They don't. Would you at minimum wage?

People just aren't happy anymore unless they can bitch and moan about something. . .

We have always gone with our kids and grandchildren, too. When they get about six or seven they start to balk about going into the opposite restrooms. When my son was about ten we were at an amusement park and my husband wasn't with us. I remember asking one of the park employees if there was more than one way in or out of the restroom. He said only one way so I stood by the door. Not sure what I would have done if there had been more than one door.

Exactly. I don't let our daughter go to the public restroom at all by herself. I didn't let our son until recently and he is 14. Call it whatever you want but I am protective of our children. If you are any kind of parent, you will be.

I did that at a convienent store bathroom and the men who were in there understood perfectly. One of them told.me that had anyine touched my son, he would have beat the snot out of that person.  That was nice of the guy but I didn't trust him either. Lol

Yes, I would do that at minimum wage because there is no training or schooling involved and I believe if you're hired to do a job you do it well not half assed because that's what you're paid to do. If you want higher pay you work up to it, which I would also do. That is an entry level job not a career and there is no shame in having a job like that the shame comes in NOT taking a job like that because you think you're too good. No, it's not a pleasant job but someone has to do it.
