That's like a cup full of water in Lake Michigan compared to the hundreds of billions Bush spent on two unnecessary wars that accomplished nothing but really?  Do you think that's what did it for him?  Of course, those people wouldn't have needed food stamps if your guy hadn't crashed the economy.

I don't mean to cry poor, but I sure wish I'd have had food stamps in my undergrad days.

I came from a home that did not have running water in it.

Ate bread sticks that I stole from restaurants in the area.

Went back later and paid for my bread sticks (and other assorted foodstuffs that I stole), only to find out that the waitresses knew I what I was doing all along.

I was so ashamed.

Gave the owner what I thought I had stolen, and he said he really didn't care; that we (obviously, there were others) would eventually do enough good in the world that, for him, it was an investment in the future.

That man taught me the difference between a greedy, nothing-is-enough owner, and a caring, thoughtful businessman.

A bunch of us got together and made sure he was able to retire and take care of his family.

Amazing man.
