Obama is the POTUS, he needs to step up and start this ball rolling.  It is up to him, to start negotiating.  IMO.  I know he has a press conference today....we will see if he is STILL planning on shoving down the trillion $$ tax hikes.  That is NOT going to go over with Congress and he knows it.
