No one says that I'm not. It could happen and a law like the one in Arizona be cited as the justification. It doesn't matter what I look like, any shape, size or race. If the officer of the law thinks I look the part the Arizona law gives him the right to detain me.

so carry your license and you will never have a problem.....you seem to be able to carry it when you drive or go shopping, so now, since the people of AZ have claimed this becoming a problem with illegals...have decided to enforce an existing federal immigration law....so, that local authorities can now enforce these laws......remember they are not out to harass, that is not their job or intent....it is to clean up a problem that the citizens of AZ want cleaned up.

the law is written without reference to any particular race or "suspect class" of individuals....unless opponents of the law had some evidence that the purpose of the law was to discriminate against Hispanics....there is nothing unconstitutional about it....

  I carry three forms of identification.  Driver licence, Medicare card and a Blue Cross card.  Since if fell a year an a half ago and looking all over for relief, I know you can't get any medical help without these three cards.

  Let's shut off the magnet.  Jobs, education free medical help and welfare.  If you don't have a card or some form of proper identification you can't get anything from the taxpayers.  Period.

Everywhere, I rarely carry it unless I'm driving. Living in an area with lots of public transpotation, I rarely even drive. I do carry it if I'm planning to shop and I don't have cash. Otherwise I don't need it unless someome mistakes me for an illegal alien.

It is a good idea to carry your ID with you at all times just in case.  If something happened, heaven forbid, how would anyone identify you if you aren't carrying some form of ID?

for your information, I read the bill itself...and it is a pretty easy read, and is quite clear on it's intent....

why is it so difficult to accept that this is what the people of AZ want's and it is NOT unconstitutional...so, let them take care of their business....if you don't like it don't move to AZ.....
