  In today's news the Marine Corp is going to court martialed three sergeants for pissing on two dead Taliban fighters and one more man pleaded guilty for taping it.   What in hell is wrong with these damn pussies, the high command of the Marine Corp.  These guys the officers who is going to try these guys must be neutered themselves. :rant:

  If the Taliban fighters has killed two of out soldiers they would have cut off their heads put their head on a pike and probably mutilated their bodies in cruel ways.  The god damn animals.  :angry:

  I sure wouldn't want to be in the Marines when they punish a man for killing the enemy.  If you can kill the son of bitches you surly can piss on them.   :groan:

The UCMJ demands that all military personnel adhere 100% of the time to the Convention (I) for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armed Forces in the Field. Geneva, 12 August 1949. (And it's updates)

Art. 3. In the case of armed conflict not of an international character occurring in the territory of one of the High Contracting Parties, each Party to the conflict shall be bound to apply, as a minimum, the following provisions:
(1) Persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including members of armed forces who have laid down their arms and those placed hors de combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, shall in all circumstances be treated humanely, without any adverse distinction founded on race, colour, religion or faith, sex, birth or wealth, or any other similar criteria.
To this end, the following acts are and shall remain prohibited at any time and in any place whatsoever with respect to the above-mentioned persons:
(a) violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds, mutilation, cruel treatment and torture;
(b) taking of hostages;
(c) outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
(d) the passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions without previous judgement pronounced by a regularly constituted court, affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized peoples.
(2) The wounded and sick shall be collected and cared for.
An impartial humanitarian body, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, may offer its services to the Parties to the conflict.

The Parties to the conflict should further endeavour to bring into force, by means of special agreements, all or part of the other provisions of the present Convention.

The application of the preceding provisions shall not affect the legal status of the Parties to the conflict.

At all times, and particularly after an engagement, Parties to the conflict shall, without delay, take all possible measures to search for and collect the wounded and sick, to protect them against pillage and ill-treatment, to ensure their adequate care, and to search for the dead and prevent their being despoiled.. . .

It matters not whether the opposition fails to conduct themselves within the Convention (I) for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded and Sick in Armed Forces in the Field. Geneva, 12 August 1949, (And it's updates); for we as a nation and leader of the free world, are bound by said agreement, and it is incumbent upon each one of our military to comply with it 100% of the time.

After more than a dozen raids, a hundred warrants and more than a million dollars seized, the numbers that really matter here are yours. Indiana State Excise Police went on the offensive Monday against identity theft and stolen Social Security numbers.

An 18-month investigation led to raids of Mexican restaurants in Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Rising Sun, Aurora and Versailles and residences in Lawrenceburg, Lafayette and Batesville and a tax preparation service location in Greenwood. While there were no arrests, investigators went to the Greenwood office to seize records.

Officers spent the day hauling boxes out of Custom Business and Tax Solutions office in Greenwood. The raid was part of a much bigger picture.

"Today we already are arresting up to 108 people for identity theft and corrupt business influence and then, based on the evidence collected from those 13 locations today, after that is processed we will see what additional charges are warranted," said Travis Thickstun, Indiana Excise Police.. . .

Bait and switch. . . Yeah, it's part of a much bigger picture, but my guess is it isn't identity theft. It IS the shrining revenue streams brought about by long-term unemployment, the housing crises, and the flight of manufacturing from the shore of the U.S.!

Why else does it take them 10 years to do something about this crap?
