I must have encountered a dozen Michigan vehicles on the way back from the fair today. And every damned one of them was driving 10mph below the posted speed limit!!! (In the right lane)  :rant:

Here's how high and mighty the insurance industry thinks they are. The individual insured by Progressive was hit by another driver who ran a red light. The Progressive insured died as a result of this accident. Progressive wouldn't pay unless the family sued the person who ran the red light. And when the family sued the person who ran the red light, Progressive participated in his defense!  :rant:

The deceased's family eventually got paid, but only after the bereaved brother made a social media posting taking Progressive to task for its abject failure in his late sister's case.

That posting when viral, and Progressive has been under attack ever since; and it would appear is starting to lose customers over the issue. . . FAIL!
