HE EXPLODE AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AFTERWARD!

MY WIFE HAS BEEN TOTALLY WITHOUT USE OF HER LEGS SINCE THE AGE OF TWO AND STILL HAD TO PROVE IT TO DISABILITY!

I agree. My brother in law is suffering from a fairly common mental disorder. He worked for a plant for 25 years as he progressively got worse, but remained productive and self sufficient all those years. Then the plant closed.

Despite being diagnosed by his doctor as 100% disabled due to his disease, and the fact that no employer would dare touch him once they conducted a face to face interview with him, he was denied disability. He then got a lawyer and was again denied. I then sat down with him and the paperwork the doctor had provided, and once again began the process with him.

The keys to obtaining disability are persistence and utilizing the doctor's diagnosis to answer as many of the questions as possible within the paperwork. The 3rd time was the charm, but only after the poor man was forced to go without any income, no medical coverage, and being forced at the age of 50 to move back in with his elderly parents for a period of 3 years!

Locally, Indianapolis Police Officer David Moore was shot during a traffic stop and is currently fighting for his life after being shot in the face twice, the thigh once, and his vest stopped a fourth round. ALL perpetrated by a 60 year old career criminal who has 10 felony convictions and  who was mistakenly let out after what should have been an 11th conviction for violation of parole due to being arrested for theft! (This is being explained as a failure to communicate between the DOC and IPD, but my question is, why didn't the court see he was a career criminal and on parole?)

Officer David Moore of IMPD will not be able to recover from the injuries he sustained after being shot on duty during a traffic stop. His family is busy making arrangements for organ donation and consulting with doctors surrounding the end of life process.

How fitting that this man who spent his life serving and protecting the lives of everyone, will continue to positively impact the quality of life of numerous people with the donation of his organs. In death, he continues his work. . .

I guess the republicans weren't really listening to the POTUS tonight during his state of the union address.

That scumbag from Wisconsin they had on in rebuttal was all doom and gloom and blaming it squarely upon the POTUS. . .

He blamed the fact nothing has got done on the POTUS. (Sorry scumbag, we know the party of no shoulders most of the blame for that).

The president gave an optimistic speech that laid out an outline toward progress in education, infrastructure, reduced spending, fixing the loopholes in our taxation code, and elimination of government subsidization of big oil. (Yeah, you could tell who the republicans were on that one. They were the ones sitting on their big asses while everyone else stood and applauded).

The president said to republicans that instead of repealing healthcare, lets fix what is wrong with it. Scumbag came out with the (big fuggin surprise) repeal message unchanged.

Instead of building on the optimism they are all doom and gloom, why? Because the American people WANT healthcare reform, the closing of the tax code loopholes, the elimination of government subsidization of big oil, clean energy, and access to higher education; ALL of which line the respective pockets of republicans!!! 

The POTUS co-opted many of the republicans stated "needs" within his call for reformation and the plan moving forward, and instead of being enthusiastic over it, they come out spewing negativity and fear.

I am now more convinced than ever that the next 2 years will result in even LESS being accomplished than the past 2 years.  And all because of the party of NO!

And now the after analysis by commentators, congress-persons, and the on air talking heads attempting to throw what needs doing under the bus in favor of god damned gun control! WTF you idiots!!!

Update: For those not residing in Indiana

The man arrested for armed robbery of a Dollar General shortly after officer Moore was shot, and ultimately killed, has now officially been charged with his murder as well.

When they arrested him for the robbery they found the handgun that killed officer Moore in his possession, and a forensic analysis of that handgun matched perfectly with the brass at the scene of the shooting and the ballistics surrounding the projectiles that killed officer Moore.

In addition, police have located the individual who supplied the 60 year old man with the firearm, as well as another witness that states that the killer stated to him that "when the cop pulled me over I knew I was going back to jail because of the firearm and the fact I was driving a stolen vehicle, so I shot him". 

That man has spent 19 of the last 27 years in prison for ten different felonies ranging from drug charges, receiving stolen goods, burglary, and robbery.

The Marion County Prosecutor said they will decide within the next 30 days whether or not to pursue the death penalty for this individual. . .

Given the FUBAR situation they have with the officer who was drunk when he killed that motorcyclist and severely injured two others, I assume they want to make sure they have a rock soild case against this guy, that will stand the test of the appeals process, before they decide upon capital punishment.

In Illinois, it used to be that if you killed a cop you automatically were sentenced to death. . . I don't know abou there but I thought it used to be that way here too???

  It's just wishful thinking.  But me being the Troll, I think it is a shame that we have to keep killers and people that totally refuse to live in a peaceful nation with out killing and hurting his fellow man.  To pay $37,000 a year to keep this filth, the garbage of human life, three meals a day, medical care, clothes and a warm place to sleep for the rest of their lives.
