My wife has already gotten a green light to begin a workout program....and I'm pretty certain, I will NOT get TOO strenuous before my next scheduled appointment...
I just want to slowly get my cardio vascular system back into a reasonable state of health....I have NOT done ANY "exercise" in a few years....and playing basketball with my 9 year old can get the best of me at this stage of the game....

I am going to see the doc in a few weeks for a scheduleld check up.

Grrrr...Brighthouse so pissed me off last Friday...

We bought a new TV for the kitchen and needed a cable outlet put in and the GF said she thought they'd do it for around $40.00.  I've done many in the past but didn't have a crimping tool for the coax connectors and figured it'd cost me more than that for the tool and supplies so I called to schedule an appointment.  Since they would have to pull the cable through a wall, they told me it'd be $60.00 which was still worth it to me not to have to spend time in the crawl space so I set it up.  I took the day off Friday to meet the guy who shows up and tells me that it's impossible to fish the cable through the same box as an existing phone jack (even though I've done it) and I reluctantly agreed to cutting a hole in the wall if necessary.  Then the guy tells me that it's $101.00!  I'm like, "WTF?"  $60.00 to pull the wire and $41.00 for the outlet.  I said screw it, just pull the cable and I'll put in the outlet and he said he couldn't do it so I told him to get out...I'd do it myself.  $50.00 in tools and supplies later and most of my Saturday trying to hit that damn box and it's in...and running through the same box as the phone jack.  Brighthouse can suck my ass 'til their jaws pop!   :biggrin:
