It's a mess here..... at about 9:00 this morning it started to rain..... by 1:00 it was icing. We had about a half an inch of ice when I left work. I went to a store, and by the time I came out it was snowing. I had to drive 40 mph all the way home. I got a couple miles from home, and came up on an accident. I stopped to offer assistance (like you do). There were no injuries so I headed for home. Right now, it's  8:10 pm ,and we probably have about 4 inches of snow, in addition to a half an inch of ice under it. GOOD TIMES!!!

29 and overcast here  Be careful out there on those roads Dexter.  Hope things have improved today.

This morning's commute was horrific!!! Most of the roads I take to work are blacktops. They hadn't salted, sanded,or plowed at all. Everything was a sheet of ice. First, I got my Corolla stuck in my driveway. I was only able to drive about 40 mph because, the car kept sliding on the ice. Then I was goin' down a very steep hill, and some beyotch thought I wasn't goin' fast enough. Coming up the hill in the other lane was a semi. And what do you think that dumb rip did..... decided to pass me!!!! So, I'm thinking..... if I hit my brakes, I'm goin' over the edge into the ravine!!! So, I just took my feet off both peddles, and screamed obscenities like you never heard, in your life LMAO!!! The semi saw her so he starting trying to get his speed down, which isn't easy on an ice covered steep incline. Finally, she must have realize that wasn't gonna work, so she pulled back behind me, before she could wreck us, and kill all of us.  I entertained a very serious thought of following her to her destination, and beating her to death. If I hadn't been late for work, I probably would have done it. That's how mad I was!!!!

Oh gosh Dexter.  I know we're gonna be gettin' it sooner or later and I'm really not looking forward to it.  so far it's all clear up through Saturday but who knows after that...

Thunder storming - now all the southerners will say it is going to snow in 7 days.  It can snow if it wants too.  I'm not in school and won't have to make it up!!
