That is my point Bo...I'm NOT mad at all........I'm actually having fun with this........the guy does thing intentionally to provke...

and If you have noticed.....I HAVE turned the other cheek with Dan about a year ago...I rarely EVER respond to his posts...

and for the record...I am 100% secure with my belief...remember this IS just a forum....sometimes I forget that the MAIN reason I came here, was for fun....and THAT is all I am trying to do.... :)  so I don't ALWAY want to turn the other cheek....unless it is getting TOO serious.

As usual, you twist the truth, yet again.  You made your "there ARE many benefits" to back up your original claim of scientific support of a biblical myth.  So, you can use your misdirection all you want.  Doesn't change the truth that there is no scientific support for biblical fantasies.

As to making me mad; how is it you think you made me mad?  You ARE a smart ass, and I don't really need to support that claim with any science or mythology.

Again, I will ask; does that really make sense to you?  The creator of the universe needed a human sacrifice (even if it was his son, incarnate) so that you could live forever?  He didn't suffer even as much as a John McCain, so the sympathy/guilt thing just doesn't work (based on the 300 or so savior myths running before the jesus one).  So, what is it?  Is there a metaphysical exchange of blood for sin?  The human sacrifice replaced the burnt offering one, and not much more.

So, one more time; does that really make sense to you?  Is that the best plan a creator of galaxies and black holes could come up with?  If you can answer that, then you will have to explain why he needs you to have eternal life; run errands for him throughout eternity?  Good luck.

Dan, I will try and answer your questions: It makes as much sense to me about God, Jesus, his death on the cross and resurrection 3 days later, as it does to you that man evolved from an ape, or that all the thousands of organisms in this world evolved from one cell that climbed out of a sludge pit. So, why is it so important to you that I am wrong and you are right, what does it really matter??? I believe in the Bible, God and his word. You can't change that. Why can't you give me the Freedom to worship as I please, as I give you the right to not worship. It is not us believers that are getting hostile, hateful and trashing on here. It really is your group that is demanding that we say you are right. I will not try to prove that anything is right or wrong on this subject. You either have the faith to believe or you don't. But I will add this, we can't put all of our faith in Scientific facts, they have been proven wrong before. I find it interesting that you want us to Prove there is a God, are there doubts in your mind? I don't need for you to prove to me that there is no God, because that is a lie to me. Lets just agree to disagree on this subject and move on. Peace be with you.
