Yeah. . . I do that too, but I am taking the above to address some allergies and sleep deprivation. B 12 complex assures you do not lose some of the key chemicals in your system required to induce the sleep cycle. The C is just to assure my resistance stays up. . .

I have a prescription for a sleeping aid, but prefer NOT to use it unless I absolutely have to. . . But if this doesn't work I may actually have to resort to the prescription . . .  :mad:
