  French style scrambles eggs.  3 eggs whipped.  A small skillet with one pat of melted butter.  Pour in eggs and scramble, when half cooked another pat of butter.  Just before the eggs are done, add one more pat of butter, a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper.  Really smooth and good.  :drool1:  Carbo free.
