Wow! That tenderloin looks delicious! I love chopped salad . :smitten:  If I lived closer I'd stop in and visit w/you and the fam and have a bite.  ;D

It was excellent if I do say so myself. I cooked the tenderloin, my daughter cooked the green beans and did the salad, and my wife made the mashed potatoes. It was a group effort and EVERYTHING was excellent. And it was nice having dinner at the tabe with 2 of our daughters, a granddaughter, and our son in law to be. (And our future grandson too!)

You'd have been most welcome anytime, and I sincerely mean that! Had you stopped by there was plenty of food!  :smitten:

A whole wheat waffle w/a smudge of cream cheese and strawberries. I washed it down w/very delicious coffee. I didn't make it any differently, but notice how some days coffee is more like nectar from the gods than others? ;D

I love baked tenderloin.  I love it with the bone in it.  I can't find it in Noblesville, I guess I going to have to go to Strong's Market in Anderson.  The bone even makes it taste better.  Two years ago I went there and had him cut two whole loins with the bone just the way I wanted it.  Four loin roast and the rest in I inch pork chops.  The people at the camp ground swallowed their tongues on the slow cooked pork chops.

me

Meatloaf, baked 'taters, and peas.

Cream cheese and crackers last night.  Still drinking coffee this morning wishing I had gotten around to making the mush so we could have fried mush and smokey links for breakfast.

Do you coat you mush with flour, we do it adds just that better crisp taste.  My wife made a big pan of it yesterday and we're going to have it this morning.

Hum, hadn't thought about that.  I'll give it a try.
