Oh yummy that sounds good!

I'm stuffy and wheezing today. Good thing I got my flu shot. :rolleyes: Actually, I guess that thing only protects us against the flu, this is just some nasally sinus annoying kinda things.

Anyhoo....chicken vegetable soup and some cucumber slices.

Left over (homemade by the horse himself) turkey pot pie. I finished it up and ate some cranberries with it. It was good. Hope we have some leftovers so I can make another one after turkey day!  :yes:

Yum, please do. I ended up w/a 20 + lb turkey. I was only going to get a 10lb one but the place where I get my poultry was giving turkeys to good customers. That was the smallest one they had. :spooked:

I'm going to do turkey enchiladas, but I'll definitely need other recipe to use up all the left over turkey.

Ham Salad sandwich! Yum!

Last night I  had my traditional turkey, stuffing and mayo sandwich. That's a throwback from my childhood that I MUST have every year. I can still hear my mom telling me how silly it was to put stuffing (bread) on bread. :biggrin: I love it.

I picked up my veggies and pie crusts to do PH's pot pies and I'm going to do turkey enchiladas and then I'll be done w/turkey until next year. It's beginning to look like we're going to have a HUGE family gathering for Christmas and I may do a breast or something, but normally I do a prime rib. I'm thinking a prime rib and one of those from scratch lasagnas my daughter and I recently mastered. :thumbsup:

We're doing a breast tomorrow for game day. I'll do some cornbread stuffing tomorrow as well. Then, another TPP probably on Monday or Wednesday.

Not sure about Xmas dinner yet. . . I am thinking turkey is out and probably ham as well. . . (But watch, we'll end up fixing both). . .   :biggrin:

Shake n Bake pork chops and some chicken fried rice in process. . . Both are first time around for me but I am hopeful they will be edible!
