  Really cooked today.  Cooked 3 big pot of soup.  One of chili, one of lima bean soup and one of vegetable soup.  Eat some and freeze some.

  A bacon, double Steak Burger with cheese and LTM with fries.  A hand dipped chocolate shake at Steak and Shake in Noblesville, Indiana.  :drool1: :thumbsup:  A heart attack on a bun.  :yes: :biggrin:

Slice beef across grain in thin slices. In bowl, combine beef with egg white and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; set aside.
In a separate bowl, stir together soy sauce and chili paste; blend in 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil and garlic; set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in Wok or large skillet. Stir-fry meat, half at a time, 1 1/2 - 2 minutes adding oil, if needed. Return all meat to skillet. Add sauce mixture; cook and stir until thickened. Remove meat (keep warm). Wipe skillet clean. Heat remaining oil; add green onions, stir-fry 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Add Napa , wine, bouillon, water and salt. Stir-fry 45 seconds. Pour beef with this and serve on rice.

Hunan Beef.

I had Italian Beef for lunch, and a half tenderloin marinated in Hawaiian sauce, is in the oven. A chopped salad, mashed potatoes, and steamed green beans will accompany it at 7 this evening. Serving with your choice of Coke, a soft red wine slightly chilled, or water, coffee, and hot/iced tea.

Wow! That tenderloin looks delicious! I love chopped salad . :smitten:  If I lived closer I'd stop in and visit w/you and the fam and have a bite.  ;D
