I'm eating two pieces of the small slice Pepperidge farms whole wheat bread made into french toast and sprinkled with a pinch of cinnamon sugar.

Asparagus spears - I looked up the calorie content on steamed and fresh asparagus but the website I looked in was no help.  They have raw and canned.  I went with the raw number of 25 calories for every 5.

Naked Juice does bring to mind C91's parade pics!  :biggrin:

A BBQ sandwich and french fries from Dairy Queen, and chased them with a Coke. Hubby surprised me outta the blue with lunch, and for some reason, he brought home 6 BBQ sandwiches.  :spooked: No cooking for Dexie tonight.  :biggrin:

We go between Papa Murphy's and Arts, the one on 29th st. and every once in a while we go get one from Scampy's.  When we make one by the time we get all the toppings on it it weighs about 5lbs.  lol
