Hi Dexter, oh I shall be having my turkey tomorrow as it will be Christmas day for us here but the last thing I ate was lemon pepper chicken.  :)

Hi Dexter, well you are lucky that your Mum is still alive so enjoy her company as for me I shall share Christmas with my husband, niece and friend and then on boxing day it will be my husban's birhday and our daughter is arriving from interstate for his 72nd birthday.

How do you celebrate boxing day? I know what it is, but is it celebrated kinda like our "black Friday" (big shopping day)?

Oh no it is a public holiday and we just have a rest normally for this day, but as I said early it will be my husband's birthday.   :)

I had Virginia Baked ham, green bean casserole, dressing, cottage cheese, and brown n serve rolls, and chased it with milk.  :grinch:

I would like to say Merry Christmas to everyone and sorry but I shall only be answering this message now but no more for the next 3 days as I am celebrating Christmas and our daughters arrival so today I ate ham and some biscutis.
