Clearly not to get vaccinated.

I'm only pointing out how racist it is that you continue to blame immigrants from Central America when it isn't true.  Hell, you didn't even know that we routinely have measles outbreaks in this country and pretty much always have!  Maybe you should stick to subject about which you know something?
If it is so common then why is it such a big deal now that it was even mentioned on the news?

Here is my take, for anyone to think that the measles couldn't come from an undocumented immigrant is foolish.  Just as it would be foolish to think it couldn't possibly start here from anti vaxxer.  This is just another reason to secure our borders and properly check all visitors.  I don't think that is asking for too much.

This country was founded upon immigrants. The genealogy of the inhabitants of this nation proves it; more than any other country on the planet.

I find it painfully ironic to consistently hear the caterwauling about immigration that has taken place over the past 6 years in this country, given this fact.

I wonder what could have started all of this? Humm. . . What could it be? ? ? . . . . . . .

Perhaps it is:

Wow!

Simply incredible, how split america is right now.  Common sense is no loner prevalant amongst half this nation.

Funny how you guys have to throw religion into the argument.  I have yet to bring up my faith to support my stance on these issues..

This has been the most fun I have had on here in years!

Being able to stand for the truth without resorting to being nasty and insulting is something you guys should give a try sometime.

It all started with watching Ronald Reagan delivering a speech I watched 35 years ago!  THAT was A Great American!

Yes, it is funny isn't it? You and your ilk have achieved your main objective; divide America. The only problem is you don't know what comes next do you?

^---Here we have an example of how religion is used within the so called religious individuals day-to-day life. When their interpretations of religious scripture supports their views, they (typically) beat us over the heads with it. But when it doesn't, or is counter-intuitive to their objectives, they conveniently ignore it; meeting at least the bare minimum for the interpretation of the word hypocrite.

This being said, care to show us where "we" dragged religion into all of this? You and your ilk are the ones hard at work attempting to ram through religious based legislation as a means to oppress those that do not endorse such things. (Constitutionally prohibited).

And if you're going to use this posters church lady post as said example, then you are further gone than even I perceived you to be. (My postings of scripture within another topic herein are intended to highlight the hypocrisy in everything you have said and done within that very topic. Those aren't the words of my religion, but yours. Specifically the King James Bible.)

Any castigation you may experience due to those postings is strictly of your own origin and not at the words of anyone else.

I love ya pH!  You are amazing with rebuttals, I surrender.  I am signing off for the night, my kids are ready for some family time.

Maybe tomorrow I will respectfully respond to your post.

Good night Hank.

Enjoy your family time man. We get less and less of it each and every day.  :'(

Because the anti-science crowd (people like you) are increasingly refusing to vaccinate their children.  This isn't rocket science.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

;) ;D Au contraire mon frere; It seems it is more of the folks like yourself that are more likely to be causing this problem....

Washington State had an overall alarming 6.2% exemptions requested by parents for their kids; dangerously close to the herd immunity threshold.   Alabama only had 0.5% exemptions, including for religious, philosophical or medical reasons - and Alabama is 94% religious while Washington state is only 75%.(1)   So much for religious people being more anti-science or stupid; not having your child die because some New Age hippie in a Whole Foods store told you vaccines cause autism is downright smart.

And it isn't fringe kooks in some remote Washington wasteland, highly-educated Seattle had 5.3% exemptions.

Well, they are educated.   And selfish.   They understand herd immunity in a way lesser educated people do not and maintain a suspicion that, despite any scientific evidence, vaccines may cause autism and so they would like to have their kids protected from both.   The way for Washington parents to do that is to have the proletariat pump up the vaccine numbers to herd immunity levels, while their far-more-important special snowflakes benefit.

It's downright capitalistic.  And dangerous.  When it comes to being pro-science this time, Alabama beats Washington hands down.

It also appears that it is NOT the Tea Partiers and good ol' boys that is the problem, it is the snob, yuppie liberals, such as the tree-hugging, hollywood, progressives that are too "smart" for science, and are not getting the vaccines.

As I pointed out yesterday, your ilk tends to start with a conclusion and then look for only that information which supports that conclusion while abandoning everything that doesn't.  This is a perfect example...Hank Campbell is by no means a credible source.

This again, is your ilks answer.  When provided more than enough evidence to support my stance, it is ALWAY..... Blank Blank  is by no means a credible source.

;D
I'm telling ya, you guys are KILLING ME!!  ;D   all I can is "WOW"

You need to learn to deal with the facts EX.  I'm being very serious with you buddy....   You are so hard-headed, and set on your ways, you cannot see the simple truth or facts.

This is just between you and me, I won't tell the rest, so you won't have to be embarrassed...okay?

You clearly don't understand what qualifies as evidence.

QuoteYou need to learn to deal with the facts EX.

The facts are that the conclusions drawn by Hank Campbell, like your own, are based entirely on what you want to be true rather than what is.  Not my problem...your propensity to remain willfully ignorant on virtually every subject is well recognized.
