That is my usual SOP for unknown numbers. Unfortunately current situation makes that impossible. BUT, guess what.

I did not get a single phone call from those butt munchers today. First time in 2 months! Coincidence? I don't think so. . .  :smile:

3:40 am and I'm wide awake.   :mad:  Been awake since 1:30 am. I have a meeting at 9 that I take minutes for and I'm hoping to stay awake and coherent for it. Let alone get through the whole day.

Sleep is regularly an elusive mistress to me. Sorry you had this experience Abby. Laying off the caffein may help if it starts to become a regular thing. . . (I hope it doesn't. It's no fun at all.)  :-\

I finally fell asleep after 5:30 and woke up two hours later.  Not sure how I made it through work!

I don't usually have caffeine because it aggravates a medical condition I have, but thanks for the thought, PH.  Hoping for a good night rest tonight!  :sleepy: :sleepy: :sleepy:

Yeah. Coffee gives me terminal heartburn, but I take something to prevent it. It just won't allow me to sleep so I have to avoid it anyway. Only time I drink it is when I rise at zero-dark-thirty; and then only 1 cup. . . In the interim I drink decaf simply because it keeps me up to drink what I really love. . .  I even drink soda sparingly. . . 1 with lunch, 1 with dinner. . .

I started young. My mother used to pour a little coffee in a saucer and then half a biscuit, and called it "coffeebread." She let me taste it and I liked it. My memory of drinking it from a cup was when I was probably in the 5th grade. I was sitting on the front steps with a cup and got mad because I saw a fly in it just before I took a sip.  I date it then because we moved to another county when I was in the 5th grade.

About the same temp here in PA.  I'm loving it!  For the most part, this winter has been on the mild side.  Hoping it keeps it up until spring.
