Why do I even try?

Perhaps it springs out of the frustration that this forum is a microcosm of society in general.  Our country is full of people who are all too willing to vociferously opine on things they clearly know nothing about.

Health care costs for the uninsured are paid for in higher costs, higher premiums, and government programs paid for with tax dollars.  We already pay for the uninsured.  The question is, how do we reduce health care costs we already pay for?  We reduce costs with preventive medicine and keeping Americans healthy.

Most people only work 40 hours a week.  You would know this had you ever held a job.

Then explain what kind of job they have that will allow them to take off for so long to protest.

  Dummy, they're unemployed, they can't find a job.  Some are just out of college, huge college loans and unemployed.  Some are old people who have lost their homes and their jobs.  The OWS are a diverse group of people and they are not just dirty hippies.  There are some people in this country that cares what happen to it.  Not you, you're blind to the injustice.

  But in watching the cops hose down college kid with military grade pepper spray on their own college grounds and are peaceful.  I'll bet it makes you really happy these kids got their just due.

Those kids were ASKED by college officials to leave.  They are on College property.  The College Cops decided to use pepper spray instead of force.  They had their chance to leave.  The opted not too....they got what they deserved.  The college police were doing the job asked by college administrators.
