He wil not, and that is the point. He lives in an "at will" state and the only recourse he could possibly have is if he is under contract with Subway. Even then, you can bet the farm there is a clause allowing them to get out of it should he be found as "disparaging" in nature to the reputation of the company.

He is, in short, a fucked monkey.

He'll be living in Andertucky before old man winter arrives. And working for minimum wage at one of the local sweat shops that are proliferating the county. . .

Just another victim of the extremist conservative cancer spreading throughout this nation. Soon you will be fined $500.00 for farting while walking to your sweatshop job.  :mad:

Where was you when the cop in Ferguson was found guilty by you, others on here and the media?

Case in point ... during the Navy Yard shutdown (someone thought they heard a gunshot but it turned out to be a false alarm) the other day here, several media outlets were rushing to get their sensationalist headlines out ...

Most notable was FOX NEWS ....

Rosen said the bulletin, which came from "something called the National Military Command Center," had confirmed the presence of an active shooter at the Navy Yard. "So this represents confirmation from inside the Department of Defense, distributed to the State Department, of this active shooter at the Navy Yard," Rosen said

Fox News quickly put up graphics reading, "Active Shooter Confirmed in DC Navy Yard" and "Shots Confirmed, Gunfire Reported Inside the Building."

Fox did not reply to a follow-up inquiry about this apparent discrepancy.

WTTG [FOX] did not return calls for comment.

The cop was  NOT guilty of NOTHING. That has been determined by a bi-racial investigation.  The kid, ATTACKED the cop.  PERIOD.  The kid robbed a convenient store....and then he attacked a cop.
