I've been off here for awhile so I am catching up. Some of the different names I have come across are Laoranjello  and La-a (pronounced Ladasha). also Syphilis and Gonorrhea.

Dr. Molar is a wonderful oral surgeon, been to him more than once.

I worked for a medical group awhile back purging old charts and was amazed at the number of people named John Wayne Smith/Jones or Roy Rogers smith/Jones, Elvis was another popular one.

  I had a friend who was divorced and had three kids.  When he would get them for the weekend an hour before they were picked up he would feed them sweet pop, candy and anything else sweet they wanted.   :yes: :biggrin:  When the kids got back to his wife they were bouncing off the walls and ceiling.  :hang: :sofa: :split:  :haha:

Anyone else received their fake IRS call yet? Mine went something like this: My name is John Smith (insert faint foreign accent), my badge number is 5680347, I am from the IRS Tax Evasion Fraud Division. Your name is on our list for possible tax evasion. Call us immediately at 804-387-2245. Do not ignore this call! Again, my name is John Smith, my badge number is 5680347, of the IRS Law and Order Division. Call us now at 804-387-2245. I called the police to tell them about the call. They said that it was making the rounds.

Nope, haven't had one at this point but if it comes up private or unknown we don't answer.
