It was probably one or two employees who had fun changing the names of Comcast customers to things like "Asshole Brown" and "Whore Julia" but I think it's a very good indicator of the customer service people can expect from that company. They suck.

At my first IT job, we did payroll for some area churches and the Minister at one was named Blowers.  I changed it one day on my screen to Blowhard and laughed and laughed...until we ran payroll and I wasn't sure if I had changed it back.  Apparently, I had...whew!
