It seems by Bo asking such a question was being obtuse or stupid.  I KNOW Bo isn't stupid, so.....well, he lost me.  I was pretty direct with what "I" was saying......for him to ask me

The point Bo was making is that you can't have states setting different rules for those sorts of things in national elections.  Now do you see?

They do now, some states have rules for regulating campaign finance contributions and disclosure.  I'm saying perhaps ALL States need to be pro-active in this, and keep the fed gov out of it.

You can't have the states making separate campaign finance contributions and disclosure rules for presidential elections.
