Under the provision, states where medical pot is legal would no longer need to worry about federal drug agents raiding retail operations. Agents would be prohibited from doing so.

I think it is a good thing.........we need to quit wasting time dealing with that whole issue.  Treat it like alcohol, Tax it and move on.

Honestly, I don't know. But I would assume there is a decent reason as to why....for me, I am through with this issue, we have way more to worry about than how to deal with potheads and it is not worth wasting resources to fight against it.

You know, not that I am bragging or that I am proud of it, but I have NEVER, EVER smoked POT.

As far as that goes, I have never, ever smoked anything.....it never appealed to me.  Many of my friends in High School did, but I never had the desire to do it.....I don't like to be around smoke in general.
