The only time we lost ours for any length of time was when we had the real high wind coming from the S W and it filled up with snow I guess.  I just called and they were real helpful but there was nothing could be done.  Had the other one and it went out all the time and the tech support left a lot to be desired.

My 90-year old dad plays it weekly along with the Hoosier Lottery....He says he is going to win it for me and my brother and sister.  I have to remind him that time IS INDEED running out..... :razz:
