Just a question:

Why has Obama NOT signed this Cliff Bill?  He left to go BACK to Hawaii, without signing this bill, that I thought HAD to be signed immediately.....

It's obviously not an immediate process, and is out of the president's hands as to when he'll receive the legislation for signature.  From a news article just this morning:

You're nit-picking because you just don't know that he can't sign a bill that he hasn't got yet!!!

In the mean time, your check is smaller because the payroll tax wasn't part of the bill that the crapublicans stalled so long. Blame them.

Also, meanwhile, get a high school government book and read it. You'll find lots of good information in there about governmental procedure, such as the procedure that has to be followed before a president can sign a bill.
