How appropriate that even the messages that you send that are made by others contain spelling errors.

Or maybe it wasn't created by someone else????

I just replaced one of the two wireless routers that we have in the house.  The old one was 5 years old and was showing signs of crapping out.  Rather than take the default SID name for the wireless network, I named it 'StuxNet' and broadcast it as such.  :icon_twisted:

LOL...you should have named it, "FBI surveillance van."

Which wireless router did you go with and why?  I currently have a Netgear WNDR3700 but will replace it at some point because it times out network connections which is a minor annoyance with my computer(s) but I'd like to get a Nest thermostat and it makes that a pain in the ass.

We have two connections in the house.  One is Comcast, which my girlfriend uses as her primary connection to run her Internet dependent business, and the other is AT&T which serves as a backup.  The router that needed replaced was a combined DSL modem and router for the AT&T connection.  I obviously had to get something that served both functions.  So I just picked up a piece of Netgear hardware that would serve both purposes and be an adequate backup.  It wasn't really necessary to go for anything top line since it was only serving the backup connection.

As an aside, I didn't have time to do much research.  When she notices something isn't working right, it must be fixed pronto.  My ass would be on the line otherwise.

Something is amiss in central Indiana. Especially when I can put 100 miles on my motorcycle in January!

I know, in fact, I'm bad about going out with wet hair in the winter but why push your luck.

Ole' Duke is gettin' ready to take me 2-wheeler for a little ride tonight and since it's goin' to be in the 70's tomorrow I will surely log 200 miles or so.
