I got an idea, why don't we have it that if a person doesn't want to pay union dues when he or she is receiving union benefits.  Let that person not receive those benefits and negotiate with the company on their own.  With this these people will have no union represention and no union dues.  If a forman, straw boss or working is unfair to those workers they can go to the CEO with their complain and work it out by themselves.       I think this would be fair to everyone.  They could have it just like the people who work for Walmart.

What you've actually described is the new right to work legislation, the end result of which will be to eventually replace all unionized workers with those who have no representation and receive significantly lower pay and scant benefits.

The real push behind this legislation is aimed at eliminating workers' representation in the political arena.

If the unions really are working in the workers best interest and not that of their own pockets then why do they feel they have to have card check and use intimidation to get in places?  It is simply another form of extortion period.

Your right from a SCAB perspective.  There is no intimidation in a card check.  What about employer intimidation.  Oh, that right you think anything a business or corporation does in A-OK.

By the way are you enjoying the union pension your hubby is getting wrong.  I know you think a employee don't deserve any rights or benefits.  What an Asshole SCAB.   Honey Poo.

It is amazing how the union workers don't want the Right TO Work for Less law and all of the Republican SCABS want a right to work for less law.  It is truly amazing what the SCAB asshole can come up with to screw the working men and women.  They can :azz:

You sure hit that right on the head.  The Republicans want to destroy the unions.  This way they will not have any organized opposition to them from controlling all of American and take us back to  the 1800's when the rich did rule America and the hard fist they had over the workers.

But Henery and "ME" are all for it.  It and they make no sense and they don't have a dog in the fight as they are SCABS.  Stupid as I see it.  :flap:  :flap: :jester:

Watching the debates?  I got to say one thing all of them are for cutting all of the security nets for the poor, sick, old and working people.  Kill unions, raising taxes on the working people and cut taxes for the rich and corporation.

:pop:  I so enjoying the Tom Cat fights.  All of the Republican tom cats fighting for who controls the neighborhood.  Scratching, bitting, hissing, fur flying and all of the yowling and meowing.

After the fight is over we will have an old beat up Republican tom cat who has abscess all over him.  I think they should neuter the whole bunch.  :rotfl:  :rotfl:   :rotfl:   :rotfl:

. . .Barbour defended the trusties program Friday, telling Fox News that most inmates who have worked at the mansion committed crimes of passion -- including murder -- and corrections experts say they are least likely to reoffend.
"I have no doubt in my mind that these men have repented, have been redeemed, have come back hardworking to prepare themselves to go out into the world," the former governor said. "I trust them to be around my grandchildren. I think that makes a pretty plain statement.". . .

So. . . is he saying that they have been rehabilitated, or that the skydaddy changed them?
