NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Itemize your tax deductions? Itching for a refund? You're going to have to wait.

The IRS said that it needs until mid- to late-February to reprogram its processing systems because Congress acted so late this year cleaning up the tax code. The bill, which includes deductions for state and local sales taxes, college tuition and teacher expenses, wasn't signed into law until Dec. 17.

I wonder, does this mean we can hit those bitches up for penalties and interest surrounding their failure to meet the fuggin deadline?

During the George W. Bush term as president, in just 8 years,  43,000 factories were shut down and their production was sent out of the country.

These 43,000 factories had people working, paying taxes and the companies were paying  taxes to the towns and states they were in.  Now the Republicans want us to share the pain "with the rich?".  The same pain the Republicans cause us.

Give me a break, how can anyone with a brain believe the lying bastards.  How can Republicans create jobs, they can't.  They sent them all out of the country to make the rich richer.

Let me see your fact to support those 43,000 factories lost YOU say during the Bush years......what I see, we have lost 43,000 factories since 1994....starting during the Clinton years......mostly due to over-regulating, and taxing these business' forcing them to look to other places to make a profit.
Troll, when are you going to learn that if a company cannot make a profit, they will close or move.  THAT is the name of the game.  There is nothing evil or bad about this....THIS is how this country became a great nation....PROFIT!  The democrats want to keep on draining any and all profits made by those who work...those who make this country GO.
We have to begin cut spending as a nation....and live within our means.  Something that the newly elected house is going to start introducing to Washington each week.

Hawk, you want the American workers to work for a slave wage so we can compete with the Chinese slave workers.

No, the American business cannot compete with $1 to $5 a day workers and make a profit.  So you want to send all of the jobs overseas, cut taxes to the bone.  So no one has a job.  No income to tax, no corporations to pay tax.  No taxes for schools, roads, no anything.

What in hell is wrong with your thinking.  That if we compete with Mexico, China and all of the third world workers in pay and nobody pays any taxes, how can we remain a great rich country.  You're out of your fucking mind. :knife:

Anyone in the right mind can tell that you belong to the :sneaky: Republican Corporation Party.  To the corporation, for the corporation and by the corporations.  To hell with the American working and middle class  people.  Brain dead :wall:

Hang on to your ass Henry, the next two years are really going to be bad and it will all be the Republican Coporation Party's fault.  :knife:  :knife:  :dead:

Oh, yeah.  Everytime we have deregulated, your Republican bastards rob us blind.  Not once, not twice, but everytime.

Just what I thought, you don't have any facts to back up your 43,000 factories closing under Bush....because it is not true.  Just like many of the things you comlain about.....

True - those factories started closing in 1994. But it wasn't because of "over-regulating, and taxing"

"corporate strategies that have undermined America's productive base, wiping out 4.9 million industrial jobs and leaving more than 43,000 factories as vacant shells since 1994, when America' officially embarked on the era of "free trade" with  Mexico and China. The "destruction" side has been all too evident.

Moreover, protecting Corporate America's ability to engage in creative destruction is the central reason behind the unprecedented flow of corporate money from the Chamber of Commerce and American Crossroads flowing into this midterm election season."

And lest you claim that this is the Democrats doing ......

Well, in a free-market capitalist system, there are always winners and losers. It's creative destruction. That just happens. It's unfortunate. But let's face it, if it weren't for that we'd still have buggy whip companies. —Senate candidate Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.)

"Republican Party on Free Trade

Promote free trade with America setting the standards
Republicans are confident that the worldwide trade agenda is full of promise. Tariffs should be cut further. The U.S. can back private sector efforts to streamline common standards and deregulate services. America can set the standards and be at the center of a web of trade, finance, and openness. If some nations choose to opt out, they will see how other countries accepting economic freedom will advance on their own. This is a vision of private initiative encouraged, not stifled, by governments. "

Olias, I will concede I should not have said "mostly" due to over-regulating and taxing, but it WAS a contributor, along with NAFTA.

I will also agree that it was both parties (politicians in general) that have blood on their hands for the travesty of factories leaving this country.

wow!  It's true, that if you pour enough water of it, even a duck will become wet.  Henry you getting smarter.  Free trade is the job killer.  If a country only sells raw material and only buys finished products, the country will spend all of it money and will become poor.  This is why we are were we are.  BROKE!

agreed, but over-regulations and over taxing has contributed to this mess.....we need to apply some common sense.  NAFTA needs to be reconstructed or abolished and we need to look at the tariffs.

Ladies and Gentlemen, have you been watching the circus, the Republicans taking the majority of the House of Representatives.

In reading the Constitiuion of the United States of America, the Republicans leave out 2 pages.  Duh.

Two new Republican Congressmen skipping out on the swearing in to go to a party.  Then voting on a bill without being sworn in.

The first Republican bill they bring in, they break the rules of the Constitution on it.

Ladies and Gentlemen it's going to be a really big circus.  Clowns, clowns, clowns, a tan man and a turtle head leading it.

These guys don't need enough rope to hang themselves.  They will step on their dicks before they are hung.

(CNN) -- A federal judge was killed and a congresswoman gravely wounded Saturday in a shooting outside of a Tucson, Arizona, grocery store, according to police and government officials.
In all, six people died and 12 were wounded in the shooting, including U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Arizona, according to Rick Kastigar, bureau chief for the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
President Barack Obama later said Chief Judge John Roll of the U.S. District Court for Arizona was among the dead.
A 9-year-old girl also died in the attack, according to authorities. The child, whose identity had not been released, was pronounced dead at a hospital. . .

Hum, guess it was a LIBERAL with leanings toward communism who did the shooting not a tea party person or a   conservative.  I would also venture to say it had nothing to do with anything Palin or anyone else said.  What it had to do with was this guy was a nut job pure and simple.  Palin wasn't there when Lincoln or any of the Presidents or other people in government were shot so there have been nut jobs for a looooooooong time.  It is unfortunate but this blame game crap has got to stop 'cause it's getting waaaaaay out of hand and serves no purpose whatsoever other than to stir pots that don't need stirred.  It had more to do with the books he read and his imagination than anything.

You two don't see it and you never will. . . Not until you yourself are staring down the barrel of a firearm wielded by the very monsters your party propaganda and perspectives are feeding! Then it will be too late for you. . .

Has nothing to do with her politics period.  Has to do with this guy was a nut job LIBERAL, same party as the victim in case you didn't notice, who could have done this to anyone including a conservative.  He probably didn't even listen to Palin or the tea party.  He was busy reading books on communism.

So it is just your opinion with no fact to back it up.

Of course I am upset and disgused by the shooting, and I am not the one wishing death to anyone regardless of their party affiliation.
