I don't really care too much.  I'd kinda' like to see Minnesota go, but I wouldn't mind if New Orleans went.  I usually pull for the AFC team in the Super Bowl, but that won't be the case if the Jets somehow beat the Colts.

I HATE the Jets.

Kinda glad to see the rookie QB Sanchez have a good season, but I'm not much of a Jets fan either.

THIS will be the true test as to whether the Colts Defense has really improved against the run. The Jets are the #1 run team in the league, their ground attack consisting of 59% of their offensive package. And they have the horses for it too, as they've shown the last few weeks.

IF the Colts win it'll be because everybody catches every pass Manning throws, and due to the efforts of special teams which are going to HAVE to come through big Sunday.

The Jets are going to run the ball, hard and often. They're going to eat up the clock like Pac Man, and Manning's time on the field will be limited severely. They are going to come after Manning and rattle his cage. All tactics that have been proven to be the winning formula against the Colts.

Could be a very long game for everyone involved.

The Colts have to hit their marks, catch every pass, and the twins on the D have to be on top of Sanchez early and often throughout the game. . .and of utmost importance to the Colts is stopping the run every time! (Snatch the ball!)

I'd love to see Minnesota and Brett Favre go to the big show this year. Call me sentimental, but I would love nothing more than to see Favre add the crowning jewel to the exclamation point of his career. (Serves the cheeseheads right).

Anyway you slice it, this weekend's match ups should make for a very interesting contest!

Keith Brookings was a real gem at the end of the game, wasn't he? Hey Keith, if you don't want to get a butt-kicking, then PLAY BETTER DEFENSE.

Otherwise, shut up and suck it up.

I seem to recall a few years back (maybe 10 or so) when the Cowboys laid a 41-0 whuppin' on the Vikings. No one did a whine-and-cry dance then. Grow up, Cowboys -- you have no special privileges, nor are you a special team.

Indeed! Sux to be Wade Phillips today I'm betting.  Jerry's kids got their asses handed to them and the Vikings got some well deserved payback for past transgressions at the hands of those Cowboys. . . Ol Jerry's face was a sour as they come yesterday, and Brooks just needed a diaper change.

Speaking of Wade, anybody ever seen a more desperate looking individual on the sidelines? That guy always looks like he's anticipating root canal without the anesthetic! Sometimes he even looks like he's going to bust out crying for Pete's sake!

When Jerry was on the sidelines he took off the headgear and acted like he was ready to throw in the towel. . . You know Jerry wants to cut his ass bad. . .

Yeah, and so the story has gone for weeks now. . . Someone somewhere is holding something over Jerry's head to make him keep "Mr. Personality" on the payroll. It probably doesn't hurt Wade's cause when Jerry has just spent a bunch of money to build his new temple and probably is in the red revenue wise. IF he keeps him its only because he has that last year (option year) left in his contract, and Jerry doesn't have the money to bring a new lamb to the altar right now.

The day of reckoning is but 48 hours from now. Will the Colts be able to overcome the running game of the Jets, and quiet the throwing arm of Sanchez? Will Manning and Company fire off a quick grouping of points to move on to the Super Bowl? Will Favre and the Vikings be able to pound the Saints into oblivion and meet with the Colts in Florida?

The answers to these questions are only hours away now!

I'm also pulling for the Vikings. Favre has done an outstanding job with them this year, as has the defense. I think they've earned a trip to the big show.
