  The security camera showed the boy, kid never touched the cop.  Maybe the kid was trying copacide.   For a cop who had just stepped outside of the door of a police station shooting a kid to death is just plain murder.    Sure looks like the cop has an easy target, one shot to the chest.  What a Hero. 

  Cops are trained that when they fear for their lives, they are to "TAP" the victim two times.  You do know that means that a cop is to shoot a person twice in the center mass, the victim's chest.   Good shot cop.     This is so it will kill the young man who had no criminal past won't be able to be there at court alive to testify.  The cop I guess didn't have a club, pepper spray nor a Tazer and decided not to use his Judo training to take the 155  pound kid down.     Hell, just shoot the kid in the chest with your Glock 45.

The cost of heating your home this winter may depend on your energy provider.

The Energy Department said Wednesday that heating bills will rise 15 percent for natural gas customers, although local providers are projecting small decreases.

In central Indiana, Citizens Gas says to expect a three-percent decrease over last year. Vectren has told its customers that their bills will be five percent lower.

The Energy Department also said bills will rise 19 percent for heating oil customers as temperatures come closer to normal. Last winter was the warmest on record.

Fuel prices will be relatively stable, but customers will have to use more to keep warm than they did a year ago.

Heating oil customers, though, are expected to pay the highest heating oil prices and the biggest overall heating bills ever, an average of $2,494. That's 20 percent more than last year. . . .
