  Give me a break!

  The Plant City strawberries farmers who have cried for years about freezing of their strawberries.  After years of pouring millions of gallons of water on their strawberries to keep them from freezing.     

  This year they are crying about the warm weather and having to many strawberries.     

  Maybe this year the consumers can buy some strawberries for a change and eat all of the strawberry short cake they want without breaking their budget.      Whipped cream on top of mine.

The strawberries we get in grocery stores here are huge and pale pink and almost tasteless. I dream of the succulent much smaller red strawberries that used to grow wild where I grew up. I wonder if they'd grow in my little back yard, and if so, where would I would get plants like that ....

We send our men/women into the eye of the storm for back-to-back multiple tours of duty, and we are surprised when one or more of them snap? Seriously?!

  I say get the hell out and let the damn ragheads kill each other.  When over 80% of the men don't know how old they are and don't know how to read or write and they won't let the women go school, I just can't see  where there is much we can do to save Afghanistan from its self.  Just a crazy group of religious zealots.     It sorta reminds you of the Tea Party.

  Henry you don't care about the deficit, the unemployed, health care for the people.  The only thing you want is to return to the same policies that George W. had.

And had he known he would be confronted by the party of no, he'd have never made such a statement. Hindsight being 20/20 and all that, he has not been able to pass a single initiative without encountering the "no" factor; even when what he presented contained the very things the party of "no" demanded!

He could have been shitting 10,000 dollar bills and spitting gold, and the party of NO would have said just that!

As far as I am concerned, most, if not all of his shortfalls, came at the hands of the jackwagons in congress. Specifically the party of "NO".

Had congress been more forthcoming and held an open mind toward compromise this country would not be in such dire straights as it finds itself within today.

When you hear them come right out and say, repeatedly, "We're going to do everything we can to make this POTUS a "one term POTUS"," and then see them sacrifice the least amongst us in order to pander to the wealthy, there is only ONE conclusion that any individual possessing even a minimal level of critical thought skills can reach. (And I don't think I have to repeat it again).

The sitting POTUS does not deserve a "pass", inasmuch as he has earned another chance to get the job done.
