If it's a peaceful protest, no one is bothered, they aren't bussed in from other states, and they don't start damaging property there shouldn't be a problem.  On the other hand if they try to keep people from going into businesses, going up to them and trying to get them to become part of their protest, damaging property, cars which may have RTW stickers on them, and things like that then that is a whole new ball game.  If it's a local only protest I see no problem but if the SEIU and other unions have bussed people in that's exactly where the problem will lie.
