We have a Kroger store here that has better prices IMO and most of the time better produce.

I'll have to go look at Kroger again.  I don't remember them being that cheap.  Although I do enjoy their 10 for 10 sales.

No friggin rain again. . .

I was going to ride to work today but the fog was so thick I couldn't see the street lights. But, when I got to Daleville it was all clear. . .

My raise prolly won't be in effect until October, but retroactive to Sept 1.

This isn't going to be a very good day. . .

That don't mean they wouldn't produce it.

  What little cheese is eaten in China has traditionally been imported but as their population becomes more affluent and demand for western foods increases, they are starting to produce some of their own.  That industry, however, is miniscule when compared to Europe's cheese production, as an example, and does not even produce enough product to satisfy their still small domestic market.  It is unlikely you or I will ever have to worry about cheese from China.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

Well, That may be changing...........................

Bright future for Chinese cheese

In April this year it started production of sliced and cream cheese at its Shanghai plant...."The new cheese line allows us to make greater profits than when we imported the product, and also makes it easier to meet demands for freshness," said Wu Xiaohong

but, you probably are correct...it MAY never be an export...but leave it to the Chinese if there is something to produce..give them time and they probably will..

I have some friends living there and in Wilkenson, as well as some co-workers. Guess I just am not really seeing the negativity relating to Markleville. . . But then again I don't live there either!

Yeah, I was just stirring the pot a little.  I ran around with many Markleville folks when I was in High School.  Most of the actual P-town crowd was a tad snooty if you were not in the clique, which I sure as hell wasn't.  All my friends were/are in the outlying areas that fed PHHS.  Even a bunch from Ingalls!

My stupid yard is freaking wild kingdom!  I've kicked up two fire ant hills and I saw a snake.     I wish my lawn would mow itself!

Well I'm sure that this one was one of those black racers that aren't supposed to be dangerous, but it didn't stop me from screaming when I saw it and then screaming again when it took off and left.  Stupid things!

Oh and I also spent $300 on my car today including a new battery.  The thing that sucks is I don't have the code for the radio because I'm not the original owner.  GRRR!  I guess I'll have to call Honda or just get a new car stereo.
