yeah, sometimes i want to just yell at them to just ask the question, stop with all the "isn't it true" bs, most of the time examinations could take about half the time

but yesterday was above and beyond, with the judge, witness, translator and attorneys all speaking at the same time

most of the time i enjoy court, it's usually less crappy than a lot of the stuff i do

my judge promises me today will NOT be a repeat of that.  we'll see

I'm glad when intelligent people sit on juries.

Hopefully, the criminal justice system then will work as intended.

I have never had jury duty. I'm actually kind of bummed...I have always thought it would be cool to be on a murder trial or something that requires sequestering!
