Jason Castro is HOT!

Who is the kid that looks like he should have been in the Partridge family?  And how did he make it to top 20?
Take time to smell the roses.

My favs are David Archaletia[sp], the 17 year old with the cute smile and also The guy from Australia. I think both of them have a great chance of winning. As far as the females go I like Annissa, I think her name is. Also the girl that looks like she is Oriental is good as well.
As far as the next William Hung goes, I think it should be that cry baby guy who did not make the finals at all.

smokeykat

we like Michael Johns here at my house.  I was also impressed with Jason Castro.  He has some of the prettiest eyes ever.
David Archuletto was good too.

Hopefully the girls will be just as good tonight.  My favorite is Carly Smithson.
Dogs come when they're called; cats take a message and get back to you later.

After watching the girls, not as sure about Amanda...and Brooke may not go very far, either. :-\

Adding Alaina Whitaker as one to watch.

Palehorse

I don't watch this but my wife has it on and I can hear it in the background. Whoever that guy just was that sang "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" made me get up out of my chair and go watch him. That dude nailed it if you ask me. I actually love that song and his cover was in my opinion almost better than the original!    8)  He left me wanting to hear more. . . which I assume is the goal for any performer.

Me too, PH! That was awesome.

Weirdly enough, I have it on now. You guys watched it 3 hours ago. LOL

I think that was David Hernandez. The only one that I wasn't entertained by was Danny Noriega.

I may have to watch this season.

Okay David Archuleta is a sweetie and he has a nice voice, but he didn't do John Lennon's song any justice...I don't care what Paula said!

I think David Archuleta just won the competition.......I think he voice is flawless...he has looks, personality, charm......and that little dude can flat out sing............Piya, I disagree with ya, I think that song could be #1 on the charts....

Simon said something I agree with. When you sing someone else's song, you're held to that standard. John Lennon did it better and I didn't like the changes he made. He does have an awesome voice. It's rich and clear for a kid so young, but I just didn't like that song on him.

Me too! LOL If I'm going to watch the daggone thing I need to rememeber who they are.

I'm pulling for the 1st girl - the Irish lady from San Diego. Is that the one you mean? But it's tough, because they're all quite good. The one w/the wierd hair didn't do so well last night, but I really like her. I didn't like the one that did the last Heart cover, "magic man". Her notes were too short.

Lennon lived the song.

Archuleta isn't old enough to find his a$$ with both hands yet, let alone understand the song well enough to give it meaning.

I missed it. What song?

Here it is...check it out...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovborwDaooQ

It may not be as good as Lennon, but, I REALLY thought he did a great job with the vocals and adding his own flavor to it........he did not butcher it by any means...I think it would be a hit, if it was released....

Henry, thanks for the link. I actually watched about 10 seconds of it before my gag reflex kicked in.

Sorry, dude. That just ain't right.

Dang, reminds me of the time I heard a Led Zeppelin tune cover playing on the Prozak network in the supermarket.

Like....whoa!!!!!!

So wrong!
