Yes I do.  That hurricane was right offshore of where I live (Ft. Lauderdale) when that image was posted.  My video is while I was out driving in one of the rain bands.   We dodged a MAJOR bullet with that one.

Yeah G'Night is right.  Irene is going to kick our winds around to out of the west for the next couple of days sending our daytime highs into the upper 90s since we'll have no damn sea breeze.   :mad: :mad:

Oddly enough I have a friend traveling to Myrtle Beach this weekend. Myrtle Beach isn't evacuated...just outter banks..anyway...

She's tickling DC right now and headed towards MD.  I remember years ago when Isabel blew through. She was a bit farther out to sea and kicked MD's behind. From what I understand, Irene is only about 10 to 15 miles out.
