That's a bummer.  :no: I like storms as long as they are of the non damage kind. There's nothing like watching a storm roll in over the fields out here. We get some duzies. It makes sense that this house has 4 lightening rods on the roof. We seem to get a lot of ground lightening. Boy, you sure do hear a *crack* when that happens.  :spooked:

Well, it's a beautiful day in the beautywood!!! The temperature is 39*,and it is bright and sunny, with no end in sight.  :biggrin:

I totally miss that kind of storm. Growing up we had a covered porch and I used to sit out there and watch the storms. It worried mom to death :biggrin: I agree, thunder lightening and wind are the best ingredients for a storm. We just don't have it here. Maybe some wind on occasion, but nothing major.

  :rant: We've got another snow storm comming in. Right now it's 11:38am, and the temperature is 37*. It's drizzling rain right now, and it's suppose to turn to freezing rain this afternoon, and then change to snow tonight. The projected snowfall amounts are 2-4 inches. Here's the cherry on top..... winds of 25-35 mph, with gusts up to 40 mph. GOOD TIMES!!!!  :mad: :mad: :mad:

Temps only 35 here and we're under a winter storm watch.  If PH is dancin' he ain't lettin' us know about it 'cause he knows we'll counter it again..... :biggrin:

I'm right here. No I have not been dancing because I put that gear up remember? (Ok. I confess to doing a little jig this afternoon but I swear it was strictly out of joy and not in any way intended to attract anymore white stuff. . . but if it does. . .   :biggrin:  )

Actually I was busy doing some research and had some truck problems to deal with, (now my heater blower is out!  :mad: ), and a couple of meetings to attend. Everything was going along fine until my truck seems to have come down with a severe case of the WTF's. . .

I hear tell the weather morons are once again crying wolf. . .  :rolleyes:

Well, it's 7:25 pm and the temperature is 36*, and it's a little foggy here. A Winter storm warning has been issued, and now they're saying 3-6 inches of snow, and high winds with blowing, and drifting snow. It's suppose to clear off by tommorrow morning. I think it's too warm to snow, but you never know. :rolleyes:

Today it went up to a high of 85 degrees. :sofa: Now tomorrow it is suppose to :rain2: and only be 53 degrees. What a change in 24 hours :groan:
